Grand Chef: Colombine
The Colombine, a non-flavoured ganache, made of cocoa of a sole vintage, a Sao Tome traditional grove, decorated with two chocolate strokes.
The Colombine is filled with a fine ganache made of Amelonado cocoa beans collected in a grove located in the Guinea Gulf, in the Sao Tome island. These cocoa plants originate in Brazil (Amazonia Basin), and were transplanted in 1822. This delicacy is coated with a 60% cocoa dark chocolate. 
Cocoas (50%), cane sugar (34%), butter (9 %), condensed milk (5%), sorbitol (1%), vanilla pod (1%).
