Tab Rizière/ Casamance
The first delivery was made with rice from Casamance (African paddy fields / Oriza Glaberrima) hence the first name of the bar, Casamance, but we were not satisfied and after several tastings we choose at last Vietnamese perfumed rice from Mekong delta, along Bassac river.
History: May 1931 
Ingredients:
Cocoas (45%), Rice (20%) Cane sugar (20%),whole milk powder (14 %), vanilla pod (1%).

Validity period:
Non Perishable.
